Terms & Conditions

Factory warranty per brand
Travion IT Distribution employs the factory guarantee on supplied equipment. The conditions thereof are determined per manufacturer. In the event of a product breakdown, you should initially contact the support department of the relevant manufacturer.

RMA request
In case you want to request a return of ordered godos you can use the online RMA form (Return Material Autorisation).


You can easily check the status of your RMA online by logging in to your account.
